Payment of goods.
All goods must be paid for on delivery, where goods are sent by carrier goods must be paid for prior to dispatch, either by cheque or credit card. No credit will be given unless a credit account has been opened and approved by Livedale Foam & Sundries Ltd.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice and goods will be invoiced at current price at time of order.
VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the current rate at time of invoice.
Interest & late payments
It is our policy to enforce our statuary right to add interest and collection costs for late payments.
Returned or represented cheques
Any returned or represented cheque will incur a £12.00 charge on each occasion.
Title of goods

About us
Livedale Foam & Sundries Ltd. are foam converters and suppliers of upholsterers sundries, also suppliers of curtain poles, tracks tapes, cords and many more items used in the soft furnishing trade.
We pride ourselves on our friendly and flexible service, making us easy to deal with. At Livedale we try to offer not just the fast moving popular lines, but also the items which are not used so often which however, are still needed from time to time and also by the traditional upholsterer.
We are still a small family run company who, try to treat our customers as we like to be treated, as a person and not just an account number. Our customer base is vary varied, and consists of companies of different sizes. We do however, value all our customers and offer the same service to all. Many of our customers are owner proprietor operating from home, but they would still get the same welcome when they placed a small order as the customer who was about to order worth considerably more and to us are just as important.
